Psychotherapy for Individuals & Couples
Working Together
Being witnessed in states of wanting, desperation, or frustration can be humbling - and very transformative. Sometimes life is just altogether too much to weather without focused care and support.
My work is collaborative, conversational and client-centered. I want to know what's most important to you and how it came to be that way, so that we find out what your fullest, richest life looks like.
As a former tv writer, I get how stories can help or harm. Stories shape our realities, not the other way around. Together, we can rewrite narratives that respect the life you've led and make the life you want come into sharper focus. As someone raised in two countries, I also get that we are multi-storied people - and it can be tricky to navigate opposing cultural messages.
Sometimes it feels like we’re at war with ourselves, maybe because of our histories, the messages we get, or the constructs of our culture. Understanding how to accept and negotiate with these different needs and desires can help us live lives of integrity, freedom, meaning, connection, joy, and peace.
I work with teens, adults, and couples to address problems of all kinds. I celebrate lives and loves along spectrums of gender and sexuality, and am sensitive to issues arising from racial trauma.
Don’t hesitate to reach out. I am passionate about helping people find support, even if we’re not a match.

Services
All services are currently being conducted remotely.
I do not accept insurance, but can provide superbills if your insurance company reimburses for out-of-network providers, which is sometimes the case with PPO insurance providers.
Please discuss this with me if you are unsure.
If you will not be using insurance, you have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of our work, per the recent No Surprises Act. You can find out more about that here.
I do have limited spaces for reduced fees in my practice. If working together is out of your price range, I will work to help you find affordable therapy through my professional network.

Where does it all lead? What will become of us? These were our young questions, and young answers were revealed. It leads to each other. We become ourselves.
