Psychotherapy for Individuals & Couples
Working Together
Reaching out to a stranger takes courage. Being witnessed in states of wanting or frustration can be humbling - and so transformative.
My work is collaborative, conversational and client-centered. Your goals are my goals, and understanding your values often drives my curiosity. I want to know what's most important to you and how it came to be that way, so that we find out what your fullest, richest life looks like.
As a former tv writer, I get how stories can help or harm. Stories shape our realities, not the other way around. Together, we can rewrite narratives that respect the life you've led and make the life you want come into sharper focus. As someone raised in two countries, I also get that we are multi-storied people - and it can be tricky to navigate differing cultural messages.
It can also feel like different parts of us want different things or are even in conflict with each other, perhaps because of our histories, the messages we receive, and constructs of our culture. Understanding how to negotiate with these different parts - and what they're standing up for - can help us find agency to live lives of integrity, freedom, meaning, connection, and peace.
I work with teens, adults, and couples to address problems of all kinds. I celebrate lives and loves along spectrums of gender and sexuality, and am sensitive to issues arising from racial trauma.
Please don't hesitate to reach out. I am passionate about helping people find support.

Services
All services are currently being conducted remotely.
I do not accept insurance, but can provide superbills if your insurance company reimburses for out-of-network providers, which is sometimes the case with PPO insurance providers. Please discuss this with me if you are unsure. If you will not be using insurance, you have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of our work, per the recent No Surprises Act. You can find out more about that here.
I do have limited spaces for reduced fees in my practice. If working together is out of your price range, I will work to help you find affordable therapy through my professional network.
Where does it all lead? What will become of us? These were our young questions, and young answers were revealed. It leads to each other. We become ourselves.
